One of our more popular workflows is the Get More Reviews workflow that will give the nudge to an individual to leave a positive review on an external site, such as Google Reviews, Capterra, G2 Crowd, TrustRadius or TrustPilot. 

There are some basic functions to this workflow along with some more advanced features. 

The Basics: 

Above are the basic rules to send this out to only the Promoter category. You're able to add more filters with the "+And" button, which is great if you need to break these up by location. 

Above you'll see our example wording with the proper formatting to hyperlink something in your workflow.
Here's a breakdown of how it should look:

Note: Please use a link shortener prior to putting it into the Workflow. Crazy long links can break the hyperlink functionality.

Save it and you're good to go! Be sure to send this workflow to yourself to ensure that you've coded it and linked everything up properly before it goes out to all of your customers. 

If you have more than one review site you want customers to leave a review at, we've got an advanced option that's better than hyperlinking 3 different review sites in one workflow. 

The Advanced Option: 

What if you want to randomize which review site you send them to, allowing you to spread the love? We have email variants that will allow you to create up to 3 templates within 1 workflow that will be picked at random. 

Then boom, you have more templates! You're able to toggle between the Default and your new template, Template 2.
