A common use of AskNicely is to send a survey when a case is closed.  We support two methods of doing this:

Option 1. Report Sync

Using Report Sync is an easy way to send surveys to contacts after their cases are closed.  However, it has limitations that may impact some power users: (1) surveys will be sent only once per day and (2) there is no way to override your repeat-survey contact rules.
