Different teams require different levels of access.

  • Admins have the highest level of access, including the ability to edit or delete responses. This role should be reserved for your CX team leads and people that are helping build out the platform.
  • Users can respond to your customers and see all Dashboard info, but not much more than that.
  • Read-Only Users can only see responses and the Dashboard.
