Isn’t it nice when everything you need is all in one place? Of course! That’s the principle behind AskNicely’s App Store: Everything you need, in one place. This is where you can find inbound and outbound integrations, and where you can find aspects of AskNicely you’re not using yet.
Navigating the App Store
- Click the App Store icon to go to the App Store
- From the menu on the left, choose the section (discussed below)
- Choose your integration or feature from the tiles
When in the app store, the menu to the left will allow you to choose a section of the store. Each section has a specific focus:
Discover contains integrations that share information out. These include things like Calendly, Slack, and so on.
Integrate contains integrations that bring information in. This is where you’ll find integrations like Salesforce, Intercom, Email to Survey, and more!
Installed Apps shows you everything that you’ve installed or upgrades you’ve enabled. When you need to find something you’ve already set up, you can find it right in here.
To learn more about an integration or a function, click on its tile. You’ll be taken to the page for that integration or function.
Each page has two tabs: Overview and Configure. If you got here through the Installed Apps section, you’ll be taken straight to the Configure tab. Otherwise, you’ll land on the Overview tab, where you can learn more about that feature. When you’re ready to get going with it, click Configure and you’ll be presented with the steps to set it up!
