Is there anything better than having everything you need all in one place? Of course not! That’s the principle behind AskNicely’s App Store: Everything you need, in one place. This is where you can find integrations to import your People data, outbound integrations to feed your Dashboard systems like Slack, and a place where you can discover AskNicely functionality that you’re not using yet.
Navigating the App Store
- Click the App Store icon to go to the App Store
- From the menu on the left, choose Discover, Integrate, or Installed Apps. Each of these sections has a specific focus:
Discover contains integrations that share information out. These include things like Calendly, Slack, and so on.
Integrate contains integrations that bring information in. This is where you’ll find integrations like Salesforce, Intercom, Email to Survey, and more!
Installed Apps shows you everything that you’ve installed or upgrades you’ve enabled. When you need to find something you’ve already set up, you can find it right in here.

Researching and configuring your Apps
To learn more about an integration or a function, click on its tile. You’ll be taken to the page for that integration or function.
Each page has two tabs: Overview and Configure.
If you got here through the Installed Apps section, you’ll be taken straight to the Configure tab. Otherwise, you’ll land on the Overview tab, where you can learn more about that feature. When you’re ready to get going with it, click Configure and you’ll be presented with step-by-step configuration instructions.
