AskNicely gives you the ability to create a digital postcard for these published Testimonials, which you can then easily post to your company’s Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram. Show off, why don'tcha!
Making these postcards requires that your customer has already authorized you to publish their comment - once that's done, you're golden.
Creating a Social Card
Once your customer has approved a comment to be published, you’ll be able to create a social card by navigating to the response on the Responses page.
- Click Published
- Click Edit Social Card
- You’ll be taken to a screen where you can customize and edit your social card before saving it.
To the left, you’ll find several options for customizing the quote in your image, including light or dark text, whether there’s a black stroke on the text (to make it more visible on lighter backgrounds), and if you’ll apply a filter.
To the right, you can choose from our selection of background images, or you can upload your own by scrolling all the way down and selecting Browse File, or dragging and dropping a picture into that box.
4. When your card looks ready to share with the world, click Download to download the image, upload it like you would for any other picture to any of your social media, and watch the ❤️ 's and 👍 's roll in!
