If you have Additional Questions as part of your plan, you can add a Calendly Question directly into your survey! Simply click on New Question and select Calendly Link.
This will provide you with an open text box along with your default Calendly URL.
The example above is set up to only provide this response and Calendly link to detractors.
During the survey, the participant will see the option to find a time to talk.
If they choose Find a Time, the Calendly options show up inside of the survey so your participants remain engaged and don’t need to leave for a 3rd party site!
Note: If you have linked to a general calendly, your list of events will display first (left). If you link directly to a specific calendar, the list won’t display, and they’ll be taken to the calendar (right).
Once scheduled, the customer will see a confirmation:
After the confirmation displays, the Conversation will continue, so don’t forget to make sure you acknowledge that they just scheduled a meeting!
