You can use Calendly Workflows to contact your customers and invite them to set a time to talk with you directly. Like other Workflows, this can trigger automatically when criteria are met.
- Click the lightning bolt to go to the Workflows page
- Click on the Calendly button to start a new Calendly Workflow
The example above shows our default wording. Below the body of the email you can insert a custom link for each workflow. The link will insert where your text cursor was when you clicked Insert Calendly Link.
Note: Only one (1) Calendly link can be used in a single Workflow. If multiple links are inserted, they will all convert to the last Calendly link inserted.
As with other workflows, choose your delay time, and if you’d like to include a logo at the bottom of your email, and then save your changes.
