The AskNicely Apps for iOS or Android offer a powerful way to embed real time customer feedback into your team's daily routine.
Easily view conversations, collaborate with your team using internal notes, and respond to customers in real-time even when you’re not in the office - all from within the Mobile App.
Simply tap a response to open it. From there you can reply or write a note, just like in the AskNicely Response Chat.
Instant alerts for faster follow-up
Real-time notifications alert you about what you need to know right when you need to know it.
You can create notifications using any criteria you need, right from within the App. Simply tap the AskNicely Star in the upper left, then Settings and Notifications.
From there you can select criteria for your notification, and whenever a message comes in meeting those criteria, you’ll be notified. You can also be notified any time any response comes in.
Use leaderboards to rank your best segments, channels, products, and agents to instantly see which business areas are creating promoters and which are creating detractors.
Just tap the AskNicely Star in the upper left, then Leaderboards and Add Leaderboards.
The Filter Funnel, located in the top right corner of the screen, will allow you to pick and choose the specific data you're looking for.
Empower your team.
Inviting your team to use the AskNicely App is easy. From your AskNicely desktop account, choose the Cog Wheel, then Users. Click the little Mobile Phone next to each person you want to invite to download the mobile app.
This will send an email that has links to download the app and activate their account.
Note: AskNicely users don’t need an invitation to download the Mobile App, every user license comes with access to the Mobile App for free!
