HOW IT WORKS

Our ranking solution takes into account both a data points NPS and number of responses to produce a sortable rank.

  • You may find that the highest NPS wont always be the top rank, due to a lower volume of responses.
  • High NPS, but low responses is quite heavily penalised in the ranking algorithm.
  • Data points with fewer than 5 responses are not ranked.

OUR RANKING FORMULA

NPS - (160/sqrt(Number of responses))

NPS Score 50
Total Responses from 10-1000
