NPS works best when everyone at your company is invested in keeping your customers happy. 

To add in new users to your account, click on the cog wheel in the top-right and then select Account from the drop down. Then choose "Users" from the left menu, and click the blue Add button to create a new user.

Add in the the person's name and email address. Then select the User Type:

  • User: If you're a User, then you have limited access to the account. You can see the Dashboard tab and filter through the responses, and also update your own settings. 
  • Admin - full access: This type of user can access all areas of your account and make changes to the settings
