NPS works best when everyone at your company is invested in keeping your customers happy. 

To add in new users to your account, click on the cog wheel in the bottom left and then select "Users" from the drop down menu in the upper left. Then choose "Users" and click the blue Add button to create a new user.

Add in the the person's name and email address. Then select the User Type:

  • User: If you're a User, then you have limited access to the account. You can see the Dashboard tab and filter through the responses, and also update your own settings. 
  • Read-Only: Look but can't touch (aka edit anything or reply to customers)
  • Admin - full access: This type of user can access all areas of your account and make changes to the settings
